Zenzero e limone – Ginger & lemon Sencha green tea

The taste of Zenzero e limone

A base of China Sencha green tea, lively ginger and the fragrance of lemon. This blend combines a spicy note with a citrus accent, rounded out by lemongrass. A choice for those who enjoy aromatic green tea with a fresh, distinctive flavour. Ginger makes up 10% of the blend and lemon peel 3%, according to the label. Prepare with water at 70–80 °C to respect the green tea leaves.

Ingredients

China Sencha green tea, ginger (10%), lemongrass, natural flavouring, lemon peel (3%).

How to prepare

• Amount: 12–15 g per litre of water.
• Temperature: 70–80 °C.
• Steeping time: 2–3 minutes, then strain.

Preparation instructions as stated on the packaging. For a 250 ml cup, use a quarter of the amount given per litre.

Pack size and storage

80 g pack. Keep tightly closed in a cool, dry place, away from light, moisture and strong odours.
