Your right to withdraw
If you buy online as a consumer, you may notify us of your decision to withdraw within 14 days of delivery, without giving a reason, subject to statutory exceptions. Email info@ritualecaffe.mom with a clear statement and your order details. The form below is optional.
Send the goods back within 14 days of your withdrawal notice to Rituale SRLS, Rituale Caffè shop, Via di Cavana 9/A, 34124 Trieste, Italy. You pay the direct return shipping costs if you change your mind. You may also return the goods to our shop. Dispatching them within the deadline is sufficient: they do not have to arrive within two working days. Exercising your right does not require discretionary approval from the shop.
Refunds
We refund the price and initial standard delivery charge, excluding any supplement for a more expensive delivery option you selected, within 14 days of receiving your notice. We use the original payment method unless you agree otherwise without additional cost. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or evidence that you have sent them back, whichever occurs first.
Food and opened packaging
Food products are not automatically excluded from withdrawal. Statutory exceptions may apply to goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly and sealed goods genuinely unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed. We do not apply a blanket exclusion to all coffee or tea.
Incorrect, damaged or non-conforming products
Contact info@ritualecaffe.mom with your order number and the problem; photographs may help. If we made an error or the product is defective, we bear the necessary remedy costs, including collection where needed. Your statutory conformity rights remain unaffected even if withdrawal is excluded. Normal consumption or deterioration consistent with the product’s nature is not a conformity defect. We reply to the email address you provide.
